Teen & Young Adult Coaching
Why Coaching?
One in six students drop out of college in Ireland each year, with this in mind Anna has put a focus on coaching second and third level students to help them identify their own individual life purpose. There is immense pressure on students to pick a course, a path and a purpose. Anna feels this is such a crucial time for personal development and believes coaching would have been hugely beneficial for her personally during those years.
How Does It Work?
Anna works with students on a one to one basis to allow them be heard, to understand themselves and their place in the world. It may be discovering your path for second level students or perhaps fine tuning your path for third level students – either way this type of coaching will help students understand themselves at a much deeper level so they can make a more informed decision about their next steps.
Anna uses a variety of different coaching frameworks and psychological theories, such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Person Centered Coaching, Psychodynamic and so on. These approaches are naturally integrated into the client led coaching sessions and have always proved very effective. As each student is an individual, Anna designs a specific coaching programme for each student to meet their own unique needs.
